We are aware of disruption to a single one of our VM host servers in Reading.

We are continuing to investigate issues with a single VPS host server in Reading

The majority of virtual servers on this host are back up and running however severs with additional block storage are affected by the disruption to this service

We have been alerted to an issue with some of our storage services. This is currently affecting some customers in our Reading datacentre. Customers are experiencing issues with storage within OpenStack and Cloud VPS servers with additional block storage.

We are investigating this as a matter of urgency.

Functionality has now been restored to our Cloud IaaS platform and almost all Cloud VPS customers.

We are aware of continuing issues relating to the storage cluster. We are continuing to investigate but we advise customers with block storage in Reading do not reboot their Cloud VPS's at this time.

We have now identified the root cause and normal service is now restored for the majority of customers. We are working through the outstanding related incidents that are in some cases preventing VPS from booting.

We believe block storage issues are now resolved for all customers. Customers are advised to log a support ticket if they are still experiencing problems.
